Laura has a scrapbooking crop at church tomorrow. She is preparing her special “scappin toffee”. This toffee was discovered by Laura at a scrapbooking retreat in Gatlinburg. She takes butter, brown sugar, pecans, chocolate chips and love and puts it together into a sweet tasting treat. This traditional scrapbooking crop candy is delicious and as unhealthy as you can get. But hey ya’ gotta’ splurge every once and awhile.
